A GUIDE TO HAVING A STRESS FREE WEEK.

 

Hello lovelies…. the weekend is over and its officially the start of a new week. Who’s excited?

If you are looking to have a stress free week, here are a few tips to guide you through this week..

  • Don’t work yourself up over little things because guess what?, You’ll only end up getting stressed before the end of the week. Also, it drains of the energy you would have used to achieve greater things.
  • Do your best. They say whatever whats doing is worth doing well so put in your best in anything you do this week be it your work, family etc. don’t be mediocre with any activities entrusted to you.
  • Let go of things you cannot control. After trying your possible best and you think it’s not working out, just let it go. Holding on to things you cannot control is like begging the rain to stop.
  • Put a smile on someone’s face. Trust me your day is more fulfilled knowing you made someone smile. Remember putting a smile on someone’s face will in turn put a smile on yours.
  • Do not let negativity get to you. Negativity can come in different forms, be it a difficult boss, or a “hard to deal with” colleague at work. The most important thing is to not let it get to you.
  • Smile a lot.  Smiling is therapeutic, It affects everyone around you positively and also draws people to you.
  • Most importantly do not forget the God factor, involve him in everything you do and you’ll experience inner peace like no other.

However, after trying all these tips, it might seem impossible to have a stress free week just remember that having the right attitude to situations is the key.
